Building My First CPA Resume Experience

In my post about Discover How To Build Credibility Before You Apply To CPA Networks, I quoted a statement from Gauher Chaudry’s report, The Insider’s Guide to CPA Marketing Profits.

I will break it into three “messages” here for you.

Indicate You Can Drive A Lot Of Traffic

There are two ways to drive traffic, free (or organically) or pay for it.

This was the reason why I started this website, to share with you my knowledge about how to drive traffic by marketing a product or a service online.

The only way I could do this without preaching on a black board was to jump into the river and start paddling out to sea.  The very first thing I did before I even registered my domain name was to launch an AdWords campaign.

Paid Traffic

Now that my Project Hot Spot is now on Auto-Pilot with my AdWords campaign, I have to add a second stream of traffic to increase my referrals without paying for it.

Up to this point, I have managed to entice 22 visitors to CPA Hot Spot to sign up with a pretty damn good ad copy if I may say so myself.  Actually, I have two of them and they are both neck and neck in the clickthrough race.

Know What You Are Doing

You should be able to break it down to a plain math formula when you present yourself before the CPA network you are applying to.  For example, drive 50 percent of the traffic through PPC campaigns and 50 percent of the traffic organically.

Or if you rather, drive 80 percent of the traffic through PPC campaigns and 20 percent of the traffic organically.  It doesn’t matter, stick a number in there and prove you know what you are doing.

Do I Know What I Am Doing?

To date, only 18 have confirmed their subscription which is what really counts here.  You might think my conversion rate for Project Hot Spot which is roughly 26 percent or 26 out of 100 leads is pretty good.

However, I also know the confirmed subscriber rate is lower at around 21 percent, or 21 out of 100 leads.

Why is the confirmed rate important?

You don’t want ghosts in your system.  You want real live people in your system.  These are the people who will pay you, not inflate your numbers.

These are people you can reach out to to increase your revenues with.

Sell Yourself.

Not to the devil.  But to those who are willing to pay you for your knowledge.

That means I have to prove to the “CPA Networks” that I can sell my knowledge.  That means I have to prove to the CPA networks that I can sell you my knowledge.

Free Traffic

The easiest way to generate free traffic selling my knowledge is right here on iFormulaSuccess.

All I have to do is

  1. Raise awareness about my website,
  2. Provide my visitors with free information,
  3. Direct them where to go for further information.

This is called “Putting yourself in your visitor’s clickstream.”

The Proof is in the Resume

Project Hot Spot was originally intended to be a 30 day project.  Since I smashed through the first 4 levels on CPA Hot Spot in 7 days, I decided to add more goals to the project.

As a result of adding the new goals, the project has been extended to 90 days so I can prove three things,

  1. I can drive free traffic with my own website.
  2. I can drive PPC traffic with a high CTR and a low CPC.
  3. I can create a product to sell  on the subject of driving traffic to CPA Hot Spot.

The third objective is in the works for June.  The only way to gain that knowledge is to seek out the information.

That is why I started with the AdWords campaign and decided to continue it for a total of 90 days.   If you are interested in Internet marketing, you need to immerse yourself into every aspect of it.

Even if it is only to get a general feel of the process.  Your experience with that project will help shape the course of how you can make money online.
